I've been emailing them again and again since then to no avail. I emailed customer service right away and asked for a refund, and I received an email from a third party saying that my request for a refund was denied, and I was never given a reason why. Instead I received a pop up saying that the file couldn't be opened because it wasn't a valid Photoshop document. The file was recovered alright, but it wouldn't open. THEY'RE A TOTAL SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! I downloaded their software to recover a corrupted PSD file.
